They are actively looking for new assets across the Mediterranean holiday hubs.
Countries include Portugal, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Cyprus and Greece

They tend to look for Value Add hotels (i.e. require refurbishing, improve management, increase the areas...) or Distressed
